Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your HoolaMoola subscription at any time. Below is exactly how it works and what to expect.
Typical effective date: end of your current billing period
Policy Summary
- Cancel anytime from your account’s Settings → Billing.
- By default, cancellation applies at the end of the current billing cycle. You’ll retain access until then.
- You can optionally request immediate cancellation (access ends now; future renewals stop).
- No additional charges occur after your cancellation takes effect.
How to Cancel
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Choose one of the cancellation options below and confirm.
Cancel at Period End
Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further renewals are charged.
Cancel Now
Access ends immediately. Future renewals stop. (Proration/refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.)
What Happens After Cancellation?
- • If you chose period‑end, you’ll keep access until your current cycle ends.
- • If you chose cancel now, access ends immediately.
- • We store your data in accordance with our retention practices. You can re‑subscribe and continue where you left off.
